Bruce Cotterman          has over 25 years consulting and industry experience specializing in business and technology management with a focus on global marketing-sales and business development, technology commercialization, product management and strategic planning and execution. He has a proven record in blending strategic thinking, aggressive sales, market focus, technical insight, corporate branding, financial analysis and team building to drive growth and profitability across diverse industries. His background reflects his passion for taking companies to their next level.  

Formerly with BP-Amoco, he's been a COO and General Manager and has held positions in Global Marketing and Sales, Business Development, and Product Management growing divisions to over $500M, building new companies from start to over $100M, entering new markets, introducing or invigorating product lines, managing transitions and turning around businesses. Bruce has conducted business in 24 countries and lived in Korea and Singapore. His experience spans B2B and B2C products and services in multiple industries including electronics and semiconductors, aerospace-defense, specialty chemicals, energy services, high tech, retailing and homeland security.

Dr. Kambiz Khadem has more than 16 years of experience in Enterprise Strategic Management, Strategic Alignment, Enterprise Software Development, Information Technology solutions, and Enterprise Portfolio and Program Management.

Global enterprises including companies United Parcel Service, Societe Internationale de Telecommunications Aeronautiques (SITA), and AT&T have benefited from his solutions, experience and expertise. As the direct result of his extensive research and real-world experience, Dr. Khadem created the performance Strategic Management Continuum Framework [SMCF] which is a comprehensive strategic management discovery, planning, implementation, execution and measurement system that drives sets of realistic and relevant performance equilibrium factors supporting the organization's vision, mission and strategic objectives to a comprehensive range of organizational performance indicators, to provide an top-down end-to-end business and operational continuity.

Dr. Khadem has been teaching corporate and college courses as a professor, mostly in Strategic Management, Information Technology, Project and Program Management, e-commerce and computer science. Dr. Khadem has a Bachelors of Science in Computer Science, a masters degree in Global Technology Management and a doctorate degree in Strategic Management. He currently continues his post-doctoral education at Harvard University. He has extensive research in the area of Strategic planning and Strategic Alignment in conjunction with his dissertation.

Dr. Khadem is the Senior Executive Director of Strategic Sphere Corporation.


Michael Samsel has more than 18 years experience in the IT field specifically focused on process improvement, system integration, application development, and infrastructure management. During his career, Mike has worked as a senior consultant with fortune 250 companies such FedEx, ACS, Motorola, US Bank, and AT&T implementing IT Asset Management programs to help increase efficiencies and lower internal costs for these companies. In addition, he has also held various technical director level positions at various companies developing software solutions to enhance business processes.

Mike brings to the table a very technical and extensive process background. He is able to take business needs and translate them into technical requirements without losing the details in the conversion. This ability has allowed him to implement business strategies that can be measured. Furthermore, Mike is able to take process owner requests from different parts of the business and extract the key information to quickly develop sound methods and technical solutions.

He is a Senior Executive Director of Strategic Sphere Corporation.
